Requirements
- Valid City of Troy Certificate of Compliance (within 3 years)
- Filed Landlord Registration with City of Troy
- Joined Landlord Council email list
- Advertise on RPI-approved housing site (at least once/year)
- Participate in housing fairs or Off-Campus events
Benefits
- Highlighted “Gold” listing with search filter on RPI housing site
- Included in Off-Campus Services property database
