General information about the NYS5STEM program opportunities and details will be posted on this site, and updated as needed.

• Request for Proposals
  One and two week teaching opportunities are available for teachers in the 2010 NYS5STEM Summer Program, which will occur between July 25 and August 7. Only teachers who teach in participating schools (determined by the participating school districts) and in the New York Capital Region, are eligible to apply. Proposals should relate to one of the following themes: Nanotechnology; Biotechnology; National Security; and Alternative Energy.
  
  Interested teachers should review the Instructional Unit Guidelines for the 2010 program and submit their proposal, along with their current resume, no later than the April 1, 2010, deadline to be considered for the 2010 summer program.
