- A suspended disciplinary suspension lasting 1 year that would be added onto any judicial sanction against Alpha Phi Alpha during the probation period. This suspended sentence will be erased following the end of the probation period
- Mandatory 100% chapter attendance at all DOSO sponsored anti-hazing seminars until the end of probation
- Meeting all other chapter attendance requirements for all other DOSO sponsored educational seminars
- Have a Chapter Advisor, approved by DOSO and comply w/these requirements during each intake session: must provide statistics, scheduling, calendar, reports of intake process and must attend all MIP sessions to DOSO at least 2 weeks prior to the beginning of an intake process
- Each violation of any of the probationary clauses will result in a one semester addition to the disciplinary probation time period
