August 19 - First Year Move In

August 20&21 - NRB You Build It You Race It

August 22 - Welcome Fest

August 24 - Mandatory Presidents Meeting - 11am Shelnut Gallery,all Chapter President must be in attendance, IFC President and Panhel President

August 25 - First Day of Classes

August 26 - Meet the Greeks 7pm McNeil Room set up begins at 6pm

August-October - Chapter House Fire Safety Inspections. Please contact Interim Director Cecile Mars at x6114 or cmars3@rpi.edu.

October 8 - Mandatory Risk Management Seminar. DCC 330 6:30pm all Risk Managers must attend or send a designee.

October 15 - Mandatory Your Guide to Greek Life - DCC 308 6:45pm- mandatory all potential new members who have signed a bid and New Member Educator must be in attendance- be on time so we can start on time!

October 17-19 - Family Weekend/Fall Fest enjoy the activities!

October 20 - Mandatory Seminar (15% Chapter Attendance)- West Hall Auditorium please arrive by 7:30pm- program should begin by 7:45pm

November 17 - Applications for 5Star/Awards of Excellence made available - please stop by the office with any questions

February 7 - Greek Leadership Summit- Alumni House, all new Chapter Presidents and one other chapter leader must be in attendance, Panhellenic and IFC Executive Boards must also be in attendance. Time of program will be given later in the fall semester- however please note that this program is a full day program.

February 13 - 5 Star Application is due by 4:30pm- all signatures needed and no late applications will be accepted.

February 19-22 - Northeast Greek Leadership Association- RPI Representatives will attend conference in CT

February 23- March 31 - Chapter Audits based off of 5 Star and review for Awards of Excellence. Please contact 276-6267 to set an appointment.

March 4 - Manadatory Seminar (15% Chapter Attendance) &7pm location tba- Diversity Workshop.

April 25 - Awards of Excellence- 11am Alumni House- more information to be provided at a later date
